1. Right of Withdrawal According to EU Directive 2023/2673 regarding contracts concluded at a distance, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.Exception and Loss of the Right of Withdrawal Due to the digital, automated, and instant nature of our services, the right of withdrawal is lost immediately upon completion of the checkout and payment process.

Our order fulfillment system is fully automated. The moment you place an order, our system instantly processes and transmits the data to our delivery networks to initiate fulfillment. Therefore, once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or refunded, as the execution of the digital service begins immediately at the backend level.

By placing an order, you provide your prior express consent for immediate execution and explicitly acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal from the moment of purchase.

Since our delivery systems are automated and fulfillment begins almost instantly after payment, all completed or processing deliveries are final, non-refundable, and cannot be reversed.
