Socialraid offers a money back guarantee if you do not receive your order within 72 hours of your payment. In order to do this, however, you should inform us either through our communication platform that you will find on the contact us page or by direct message to our email support@socialraid.com.

In any case that instead of contacting us first to request a refund, you make a chargeback claim to your bank against us, we have every legal right to ban your IP and take back all our services.

If for any reason your order is completed but for example you did not receive the full number of followers you ordered because an error may have occurred in our system, you have to inform us asap and we will fill in the rest of them.

Also, if after some time you face some drops in followers, likes, views, comments or subscribers depending on the service you have paid for there is a corresponding refill guarantee.
