By creating an account on socialraid.com and using our social media marketing services, with or without an account, you consent that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this policy agreement. Socialraid will not be held responsible for any loss in any way to users who have not read the following terms of service.
By registering, paying your order on socialraid.com, you automatically accept all of the following service terms whether you read them or not.
- We reserve the right to change these terms of service without any notice at all. We expect you to read all of our Terms of Service before placing any service order from our online store to ensure that you are aware of any changes that have been made or any other future changes that may occur.
- You will only use our Socialraid online store in a manner that follows all Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Youtube/Other social media sites rules as stated in the individual Terms of Service pages.
- Socialraid rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
- Socialraid cannot guarantee a delivery time for any of the services we provide to you. We offer our best estimate of when the order will be delivered to you.This is only an estimate and Socialraid may not be able to cancel/refund orders that are being processed if you feel they are taking too long. If you find yourself in a situation where you want to cancel an order you placed on our store, you can contact us and we will cancel/refund it if possible, and if we can’t, we’ll tell you we can’t. The decision is up to us depending on the circumstances, but we will always try to do what you ask us, as much as we can because we don’t want people to leave our store unsatisfied.
- Socialraid always tries its best to deliver exactly what our customers expect from us. In this case, we reserve every right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
- Socialraid reserves the right to remove any service and change any service details without prior notice.
Disclaimer: Socialraid will not be held responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
Liabilities: Socialraid is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, TikTok,Twitter, Facebook, YouTube or any other social media platform.
- Socialraid will only be used to promote your Instagram/TikTok/Twitter/Facebook/Other social media profiles, or social media pages, social media posts and social media videos and help boost your social media presence only.
- We DO NOT guarantee your new followers/likes will interact with you, we simply guarantee you will get the followers/likes you pay for.
- We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our social media accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded content, although we strive to make this the reality for all our social media services.
- You will not upload anything into the socialraid store including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok/Twitter/YouTube/Other Social Media communities.
- We provide a refill guarantee for most of our social media marketing services. If we mention in the service description that a service comes with a refill guarantee, and you experience a drop within that time period, then you can contact us and we will refill the drop. If you experience a drop and the refill guarantee time has expired from the moment you placed your order, then there will be No refund and No refill. Even if you lost all followers/likes, still no refund, no refill. In case of a drop we will refill your order as soon as possible. If we fail to refill then we will refund the money to your bank account corresponding to the followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments you lost.
- Spotify is an exception as TAKEDOWNS can occur. Please do not spam orders for an artist with low organic reach. We are not responsible for takedowns and unfortunately will not refund.
- If your social account has 100k+ followers a refill does NOT apply to your orders. This is because there is no way to track if the followers that drop are from us sadly
- We can’t guarantee safety for any page, profile, post or video. What we can guarantee is that we have worked with many of customers and we never experienced a removal or any such problems, unless the client was breaking other rules and terms of service of the social media platfrom in question. If your social page/social profile/social post/social video gets removed for any reason, it’s not our fault. You buy on your own risk.
- Do not purchase any services for the same link at the same time from a different provider or from us. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the full number of followers or likes if you do this. Because our servers check the start and end counts, buying from multiple servers or providers at the same time may result in issues and you not receiving the full amount of what you purchased.
- We cannot guarantee that orders for private accounts, dead pages and incorrect links will be cancelled and refunded to your bank account. In such cases we will inform you with an email about the issue to resolve it in some way. If you place an order and the profile/page/post/video you submit is private, or doesn’t exist, or the link is incorrect, we may not be able to cancel and do a full refund for the order, depending on the service you bought. Please be very carefully and ensure that your account is public and the link is correct before ordering.
3. Refund Policy
- Any incomplete or undelivered order will be refunded to the customer’s bank account. We will contact you before the refund in case you would like us to try a different service but the same as the one you paid to replace the lost followers/likes/views/comments/subscibers or to start your order from the beginning.
- Refunds can be made to your payment method. We reserve the right to not refund the full amount, because of any fees we lost by receiving the money.
- You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason
- If you file a dispute or chargeback through your bank against us after a payment, we reserve the right to terminate all current and future orders and ban you from our store. We also reserve the right to take away any Followers/Likes/Shares/Views/Subscribers we delivered to your or you or your clients’ Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Other social media Accounts/Pages/Profiles/Posts/Photos/Videos.
- Private account/post/video orders may or may not qualify for a refund/cancellation. The decision is solely up to us. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it and MAKE SURE your account/post/video is Public.
- Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions!
By registering you confirm that you are over 13 years old or free from parental care, and that you understand and accept the conditions set forth in this Terms & Conditions agreement, and will follow them.
You can’t copy or duplicate any text, images or software provided on the site socialraid.com without the written agreement of a representative of Socialraid.
6. Additional Disclaimers
Client use of the services delivered from Socialraid is client responsibility. Neither socialraid.com nor any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or similar damages arising out of client access or use of the service and the information available on the service, or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information available on the service. Clients hereby waive any and all claims against socialraid.com and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives and licensors arising out of the use of the service and the information available thereon. Further, socialraid.com and its affiliates reserve the right not to review or monitor any client web sites and are not responsible for the content of any such linked web sites.
7. Account Safety
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
